The Cursor Service for OLE DB
The Cursor Service for OLE DB consumes data from a rowset, stores the data locally, and exposes the data along with rich data-manipulation functionality through rowset interfaces. The Cursor Service can provide a local instance of virtually any rowset produced by an OLE DB provider.
