maxExclusive Property
[This feature was only implemented for MSXML 6.0.]
Returns a string. This string indicates a value that is one more than the maximum number of times the type can be used in a document (x = x+1). For more information about the maxExclusive
facet, see Data Type Facets.

If the facet is not used, the property will return a NULL string.
