Step 5: Build USB Bootable Target Image and Transfer to USB Media

Finally, build the USB bootable target image and transfer it to the USB media.
To build and transfer USB bootable image
From the Configuration menu of Target Designer, choose Build Target Image…
In the Build dialog box, choose Build.
In the Microsoft Target Designer dialog box, choose Yes.
Again, in the Microsoft Target Designer dialog box, choose Yes.
The target USB bootable image builds.
In the Build dialog box, choose Close.
From the File menu, choose Exit to close Target Designer.
Copy the USB bootable image files to the USB media.
Note
To use USB Boot in combination with Enhanced Write Filter (EWF), leave room on the USB media for EWF to create an overlay partition. This requirement only applies to EWF disk mode and RAM mode configurations, and is not needed for the RAM Reg mode EWF configuration.
