Start and Stop the Web Server (Compact 2013)

3/26/2014

If you make changes to the web server registry settings, you must stop the web server and restart it for the changes to take effect. The IsEnabled registry value is checked only when the web server is initially loaded. If the registry value is set to zero (0), the web server does not start. Changing this value to zero (0) while the web server is running has no effect. You also must stop the web server to make it stop accepting connections. For more information about the IsEnabled registry setting, see Base Registry Settings.
