Installing an Ethernet Network Adapter on a CEPC (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This topic provides a generic procedure for installing an Ethernet network adapter on a Windows Embedded CE PC-based hardware platform (CEPC).
To install an Ethernet network adapter on a CEPC
Shut down Windows.
Turn off the CEPC.
Unplug the power cord.
Open the computer case.
Remove the bracket from a free PCI slot on the back of the computer.
Put the network adapter vertically into the slot. Push it in firmly, but do not use too much force. You can hear the adapter snap in place when it is seated correctly in the slot.
Use the screw from the bracket to fasten the adapter.
Close the case.
Plug the power cord back in.
