This function pointer enables or disables flow control for the KITL serial device driver.

Parameters
- fOn
[in] Specifies whether or not to enable flow control. TRUE enables flow control. FALSE disables flow control.
Return Value
None.
Remarks
The pfnFlowControl member of the OAL_KITL_SERIAL_DRIVER structure points to the custom function that implements OAL_KITLSERIAL_FLOW_CONTROL.
