OALTimerGetCount (Compact 2013)

This function returns the actual timer value.
Use OALTimerGetCount to implement OALGetTickCount or OALStall when the global timer variable has not been initialized.
Syntax
UINT32 OALTimerGetCount()
Parameters
None.
Return Value
Returns the actual timer value.
Remarks
This function call should also clear the timer interrupt.
For systems with a count and compare timer, you can use this function to implement OALTimerRecharge, OALTimerCountsSinceSysTick, and OALTimerUpdate.
