Public DCOM OAK Directory (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The OAK directory contains component files, such as development tools.
Note
Distributed COM (DCOM), sometimes also referred to as "COM Remoting", is not included in Windows Embedded CE. Please see Remote DCOM Support for more information.
The OAK directory contains the following directories.

Files used to build the run-time image, the initial directory structure, initialized databases, and the initialized registry. This directory contains the files Dcom.bib and Dcom.reg. |

Libraries required to build DCOM components. The libraries are in directories with the following formats:
An example is Sh4\Retail. Do not include your libraries in this directory. To modify project-specific files, copy the files into your project tree and build the project; then, to correctly link with the appropriate library, update the sources file in the code. |

Applications and DLLs that make up DCOM components. The .dll and .exe files, with their associated .pdb and .map files, are in directories with the following formats:
Do not store custom components in this directory. It is only for DCOM components. |
