This method identifies the custom type mapper to be used for a specified element.

Syntax

HRESULT addElement(
  BSTR bstrElementName, 
  BSTR bstrElementNamespace, 
  BSTR bstrProgID
);

Parameters

• bstrElementName
  [in] Name of the element.

• bstrElementNamespace
  [in] Namespace of the element.

• bstrProgID
  [in] ProgID of the class that implements the type mapper.
