  [in] Specifies this IOCTL.

  [out] Pointer to a DVD_REGIONCE structure.

• nOutBufferSize
  Not used.

• lpBytesReturned
  Not used.

  Not used.

Return Values

Returns TRUE on success, FALSE on failure.
