PDD_InitSensorMode (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

PDD_InitSensorMod is called when the MDD layer wants the PDD layer to allocate all the resources related to a given mode ulModeType.

Syntax

DWORD PDD_InitSensorMode(
LPVOID PDDContext, 
ULONG ulModeType, 
LPVOID ModeContext 
);

Parameters

  • LPVOID PDDContext
    [in]

    This is the return value of PDD_Init.

  • ULONG ulModeType
    [in]

    There are three modes supported, i.e., CAPTURE, PREVIEW and STILL

  • LPVOID ModeContext
    [out]

    This is mode specific context that the MDD sends to the PDD. The PDD then passes this context to calls to MDD_HandleIO()

Return Value

PDD specific. ERROR_SUCCESS represents success. Any other value will be treated as error.
