  SD card type cannot be identified.

• Device_MMC
  SC card type is a multimedia card (MMC).

• Device_SD_Memory
  SD card type is an SD memory card.

• Device_SD_IO
  SD card type is a secure digital input output (SDIO) card.

• Device_SD_Combo
  Intermediate device type reserved for use by the bus driver.
