ldap_result2error (Compact 2013)

This function parses a message and returns the error code.
Syntax
ULONG ldap_result2error(
LDAP* ld,
LDAPMessage* res,
ULONG freeit
);
Parameters
- ld
[in] Session handle.
- res
[in] Result of an LDAP operation as returned by ldap_result or one of the synchronous API operation calls.
- freeit
[in] Determines whether the LDAPMessage message pointed to by the res parameter is freed. Setting freeit to TRUE frees the message by calling the ldap_msgfree function.
Return Value
This function returns the error code for the given parameter. See the LDAP_RETCODE enumeration for a list of possible return values.
Remarks
In a multithreading environment, calls to this function are thread-safe.
