D3DMXMatrixMultiply (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This function determines the product of two matrices in floating point format.

Syntax

D3DMXMATRIX* WINAPI D3DMXMatrixMultiply(
  D3DMXMATRIX*       pOut,
  CONST D3DMXMATRIX* pM1,
  CONST D3DMXMATRIX* pM2
);

Parameters

  • pOut
    [in, out] Pointer to the D3DMXMATRIX structure that is the result of the operation.
  • pM1
    [in] Pointer to a source D3DMXMATRIX structure.
  • pM2
    [in] Pointer to a source D3DMXMATRIX structure.

Return Value

Pointer to a D3DMXMATRIX structure that is the product of two matrices.

Remarks

The result represents the transformation M1 followed by the transformation M2 (Out = M1 * M2).

The return value for this function is the same value returned in the pOut parameter. In this way, the D3DMXMatrixMultiply function can be used as a parameter for another function.
