This function opens a handle on which ICMPv6 echo requests can be issued.
Syntax
HANDLE WINAPI Icmp6CreateFile(VOID);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
An ICMP handle indicates success. INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE indicates failure. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.
