Resets all times that control the streaming.
Syntax
virtual HRESULT ResetStreamingTimes(void);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT value.
Remarks
The times are set so that frames will not be initially dropped and so that the first frame will be drawn.
