This IOCTL causes a service to refresh its configuration parameters.
Parameters
None.
Return Values
Returns TRUE if successful, FALSE otherwise. To obtain extended error information, call the GetLastError function.
Remarks
Many services, such as Web server, read configuration data from the registry only on startup or when this IOCTL is sent.
