This method sets the multiplier value to apply to the points in the first row and first column of this matrix.
Syntax

Parameters
- M11
[in] A value that indicates the multiplier to apply to the points in the 1,1 quadrant of this matrix.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
Remarks
The default multiplier value is 1.
When M11 is greater than 1 or less than 1, the UI object that uses this matrix is scaled widthwise.
