This method sets the highest possible Value of this IXRRangeBase control.

Parameters
- Value
[in] A float value that indicates the highest possible Value of this IXRRangeBase control.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
Remarks
When the value of the Value parameter differs from the current Maximum value, the MaximumChanged event is raised.
