This method retrieves the time, in milliseconds, between repetitions of the click action, as soon as the repeating starts.
Syntax

Parameters
- pValue
[out] Pointer to an integer value that indicates the time, in milliseconds, between repetitions of the click action.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
