IXRShape::GetStrokeThickness (Compact 2013)

3/28/2014

This method retrieves a value that describes the width of the outline of a stroke in a shape object.

Syntax

virtual HRESULT STDMETHODCALLTYPE GetStrokeThickness(
    float *pStrokeThickness
) = 0;

Parameters

  • pStrokeThickness
    [out] Pointer to a float value that describes the width of the outline of a stroke in a shape object.

Return Value

Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.

Remarks

This width setting also applies to the different stroke decorations if they are defined, such as the decorations defined by IXRShape::SetStrokeStartLineCap or IXRShape::SetStrokeDashArray.

Generally, you should use integral numeric values for this property. Non-integral value can cause sub-pixel rendering, and might alter the apparent color of the stroke.
