This method retrieves the starting value of the animation.
Syntax

Parameters
- pFrom
[out] Pointer to a COLORREF value that indicates the starting value of the animation.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that returns S_OK if successful; otherwise, returns a non-zero error code.
