IXRShape::SetStrokeDashOffset (Compact 2013)

This method sets a value that specifies the distance within the dash pattern where a dash begins.

Syntax

virtual HRESULT STDMETHODCALLTYPE SetStrokeDashOffset(
    float StrokeDashOffset
) = 0; 

Parameters

  • StrokeDashOffset
    [in] A float value that specifies the new distance within the dash pattern where a dash begins.

Return Value

Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.

Remarks

This setting applies to a dash in the outline of a shape object.

Generally, you should use integral numeric values for this property. Non-integral values can cause sub-pixel rendering, and might alter the apparent color of the stroke.
