This method sets the minimum possible value for this IXRRangeBase control.

Parameters

[in] A float value that indicates the minimum possible value for this IXRRangeBase control.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
Remarks
When the value of the Value parameter differs from the current Minimum value, the MinimumChanged event is raised.
