TTM_RELAYEVENT (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This message sends a mouse message to a ToolTip control for processing.

Syntax

TTM_RELAYEVENT wParam = 0;
    lParam = (LPARAM) (LPMSG) lpmsg;

Parameters

• wParam
  Not used. Set to 0.

• lpmsg
  Pointer to the message that you want to send to the ToolTip control.

Return Value

None.

Remarks

A ToolTip control processes only the following messages that the TTM_RELAYEVENT message passes to the control:

• WM_LBUTTONDOWN
• WM_LBUTTONUP
• WM_MBUTTONDOWN
• WM_MBUTTONUP
• WM_MOUSEMOVE
• WM_RBUTTONDOWN
• WM_RBUTTONUP

A ToolTip control ignores all other messages.
