MTPIPAuthorizeConnection (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This function allows or rejects a pending TCP/IP connection from an MTP initiator.

Syntax

HRESULT MTPIPAuthorizeConnection (
  DWORD dwNonce,
  BOOL fAuthorize
);

dwNonce
The connection "nonce" (number used once) returned in MTPIPCONNECTIONINFO from MTPIPGetConnectionData.

fAuthorize
Set to TRUE to allow the pending connection from the MTP initiator; set to FALSE to reject the connection.

The following table shows the possible return values.

Value	Description
S_OK	The pending connection was allowed to continue or was successfully rejected.
E_PENDING	No notification event was registered. You must first call MTPIPRegisterConnectionNotification to register for a pending MTP IP connection.
E_FAIL	An internal error occurred.
