Using this tool you can view and modify the registry on a device.
How to Use
To start Remote Registry Editor
If you installed the Remote Tools Framework, you can access the Remote Registry Editor from the Start menu. On the Start menu, point to AllPrograms, click Microsoft Remote Tools Framework and then click Microsoft Remote Registry Editor.
In Platform Builder, on the Tools menu, point to Remote Tools, and then click Registry Editor.
Remarks
This tool is a Remote Tools Framework-based add-in that runs in the Remote Tools Framework Shell. For information about the Remote Tools Framework, see Remote Tools Framework Native API Reference.
You can also use the Remote Registry Editor to import and export registry files in .txt and .reg file formats.
