Touch Event Flow (Compact 7)

A touch event (for example, a finger touching the screen) passes from the touch driver to the gesture core, and then from the gesture core to the recognizers. This sequence is shown by the diagram in Gesture Recognition Architecture. This section describes the flow of a touch event in detail.
