NdisBindProtocolsToAdapter
This function allows an application (or NDIS protocol driver) to request that protocols bind to an adapter.

PWSTR wszAdapterInstanceName,
PWSTR wszProtocolName
);
Parameters
- pStatus
[out] On return, contains the status of the operation. - wszAdapterInstanceName
[in] The NULL-terminated name of the miniport driver that should be used to manage the adapter. - wszProtocolName
[in] The NULL-terminated name of protocol, can be NULL - in this case all protocols will bind to adapter, based on registry setting.

Status of operation.
