Set Environment Variable Tool

**Note   **Wince.bat calls this tool. Do not call this tool directly. The following documentation is provided for completeness and informational purposes only.

The Set Environment Variable tool (Setenv.bat) is a batch file containing optional environment variable settings for the Windows CE build window environment. When Wince.bat opens a command prompt build window, it calls Setenv.bat, if this file exists. Any environment variables that are not explicitly set by using Setenv.bat retain their default values during the build process.
