IDownload::DownloadImage

This method starts the download of an OS image to a target device.

HRESULT DownloadImage(
  LPCOLESTR pszImagePath,
  DWORD dwRebootTimeout 
);

Parameters

  • pszImagePath
    [in] Path of the OS image to be downloaded.
  • dwRebootTimeout
    [in] Maximum length of time to wait for target device to reboot.

Return Values

Returns S_OK if the call was successfully completed. If a failure occurs, the appropriate HRESULT value is returned.

Requirements

OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
Header: Download.h, Download.idl.
