Remote File Viewer

Remote File Viewer is similar to the hierarchical file and folder viewing tool in Microsoft® Windows® operating systems (OSs) called Windows Explorer. On a development workstation, the Remote File Viewer tool displays a hierarchical view of the file system on a target device. With the tool, you can manage the file system on the target device. You can also export a file to or import a file from the target device.

To display file system information in Remote File Viewer, you must first connect to the target device with Platform Manager. For more information about connecting to a target device with Platform Manager, see Application Connectivity.
