DMR response to SetAVTransportURI actions (SETAVT-01)
This test verifies that if a digital media renderer (DMR) is in the PLAYING state and receives a SetAVTransportURI() action with a valid non-empty URL, the DMR stops playing the content and starts playing the new content defined by the URL.
