IActiveIMMApp::GetDefaultIMEWnd method

Gets the default window handle to the Input Method Editor (IME) class.

Syntax

HRESULT GetDefaultIMEWnd(
  [in]  HWND hWnd,
  [out] HWND *phDefWnd
);

Parameters

• hWnd [in]
  A handle to the application window.

• phDefWnd [out]
  The address of the default window handle to the IME class.

Return value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Remarks

This method maps to the ImmGetDefaultIMEWnd function that is documented in the Windows Software Development Kit (SDK).
