EnableHistory Metabase Property
Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 with SP1
The EnableHistory property enables or disables the metabase history feature. Setting this property to true enables metabase history. Setting the MaxHistoryFiles property to 0 (zero) effectively disables the metabase history feature. For more information, see Configuring the Metabase History Feature in IIS 6.0.
Important
If this property is set to false when EnableEditWhileRunning Metabase Property is set to true, IIS will write a warning to the event log and reset this property to true.
