AspMaxDiskTemplateCacheFiles Metabase Property
Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 with SP1
The value of the AspMaxDiskTemplateCacheFiles property specifies the maximum number of compiled ASP templates that can be stored. The directory that stores the compiled templates is configured by the AspDiskTemplateCacheDirectory Metabase Property property. This is a per process setting, so if ASP is hosted in more than one process, the number of files in this directory could exceed the individual maximum.
The metabase represents unlimited as the DWORD value of 4294967295 (0xFFFFFFFF); however, VBScript represents unlimited in hexadecimal format as &HFFFFFFFF. Previous versions of IIS represented unlimited as -1.
