Reestablish a prior connection

Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2

To reestablish a prior connection

  1. In the Remote Desktop Connection window, click the Computer arrow and select the name of the computer to which you want to connect.

  2. Click Connect.

    The Log On to Windows dialog box appears.

  3. In the Log On to Windows dialog box, type your user name, password, and domain (if required), and then click OK.

Notes

  • To open Remote Desktop Connection, click Start, point to Programs or All Programs, point to Accessories, point to Communications, and then click Remote Desktop Connection.

  • To view a list of available computers on the domain, click the Computer arrow and select <Browse for more...>.
