Removes AD RMS from this computer.
Syntax
Uninstall-ADRMS [-ADFSOnly] [-Force] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
Detailed Description
The Uninstall-ADRMS cmdlet removes the Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS) server role and, if appropriate, require role services that were installed with AD RMS. To remove only support for identity federation services, specify the ADFSOnly parameter.

-ADFSOnly <SwitchParameter>
Removes support for Active Directory Federated Services (AD FS) from this computer, but does not otherwise change the AD RMS configuration.
