The Message Queuing Triggers Service Fails to Start

This problem typically occurs when the Message Queuing Triggers service is configured to run under the security context of a domain user that does not have sufficient permissions. This problem can also occur when the Message Queuing Triggers service is configured to invoke a Component Object Model (COM) component that fails which in turn causes the Message Queuing Triggers service to fail.
Diagnosis
When you attempt to start the Message Queuing Triggers service, the service fails to start.
Resolution
Check Event Viewer to narrow down the cause of the problem.
The Message Queuing Triggers service is dependent upon the Message Queuing service, verify that the Message Queuing Service is started.
Configure the Message Queuing Triggers service to run under the default Network Service account, which has sufficient permissions to run the Message Queuing Triggers service, or grant the Message Queuing Triggers service account the necessary permissions. The Triggers service must run under an account with administrator permissions.
Rectify the condition that causes the COM component to fail, and then restart the Message Queuing Triggers service.
Verification
After completing the steps above, start the Message Queuing Triggers service from Services.
