Resolve
Adjust receive window size
Check the registry for the receive buffer size. If it is less than the maximum packet size, then update the registry settings. Update the buffer size to the maximum packet size.
Verify
Restart the computer, and then refer to the event log for messages that indicate that the protocol is not receiving corrupted packets.
