The TCP receive window size is the amount of data that a receiver allows a sender to send before having to wait for an acknowledgement.

Resolve

Adjust receive window size

Check the registry for the receive buffer size. If it is less than the maximum packet size, then update the registry settings. Update the buffer size to the maximum packet size.

Verify

Restart the computer, and then refer to the event log for messages that indicate that the protocol is not receiving corrupted packets.
