Suspends the specified job.

Syntax

bitsadmin /Suspend <Job>

Parameters

Parameter Description

Job

The job's display name or GUID

Remarks

To restart the job, use the Bitsadmin /resume command.

Examples

The following example suspends the job named myDownloadJob.

C:\>bitsadmin /Suspend myDownloadJob
