Resolve
Check virtual machine
Check the environment the virtual machine is trying to start in:
- the virtual machine RAM should be less than the physical memory available
- the number of virtual processors should not exceed number of logical processors on the system
- the eventlog (for any prior failures that lead to this failure)
Try starting the virtual machine again.
Verify
The virtual machine is able to power on successfully.
