Adding Tasks

The Add Tasks dialog box uses the Available tasks list to display the tasks that are available for adding to job templates. The tasks that are included in the default installation of Transform Manager are displayed in the list. You can add more tasks to the list, either custom tasks that you create by using the IIS Transform Manager Task API or tasks that are available in the Transform Manager Tasks Gallery.
To add a task in the Available tasks list to a job template, do the following:
In IIS Manager, in the Connections pane, click Job Templates.
If you want to create a new job template, in the Actions pane, click New.

If you want to add a task to an existing job template, select the job template in the Job Templates page, and then in the Actions pane, click Edit.
In the job template property sheet, on the Basic Settings tab, click Add.
In the Add Tasks dialog box, select a task in the Available tasks list, and then click OK.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional tasks, if required.
