This article contains frequently asked questions about Services Catalog, a feature where you can search for the services necessary to meet the technology needs of your organization.

What's included in the Services section or menu?

The Services section of the Services Hub is the where you can access many of the benefits and resources of your support agreement. You can also find education and service recommendations that align with your goals and interests.

The Recommended section of Services provides a list of the services tailored to the interests you selected in your profile.

What can I find within the Included filter?

The Included section of Services provides a list of all the Services included to you as part of your agreement.

What can I find within the Catalog filter?

The Catalog section of Services provides a list of all the services available from Microsoft.

How many services can I consume?

You can request to consume or participate in any Microsoft service. Check with your Microsoft representative for service eligibility.

How often is the Services Catalog updated?

The Services Catalog is refreshed daily.

Yes. As part of a plan, you can create a training task and make a co-worker the owner. They will receive an email notification and can launch the content directly from the Program.

What makes the Services section of the Services Hub different from the Learning section?

The Learning On-Demand section displays only the learning education courses. The Services section of the Services Hub lists all offered Microsoft Services.

What is a Service?

Services are resources that Services Hub provides to help you learn more about the products and focus areas relevant to your outcomes.

To fix this by updating your profile. To do this, select your username, then select Edit Profile. Then select the + icon under "Add areas of expertise" to add your areas of expertise.
