Windows ファイル時刻は、1601 年 1 月 1 日午前 0 時 00 分から経過した 100 ナノ秒間隔の数を表す 64 ビット値です (C.E.)協定世界時 (UTC)。 Windows では、アプリケーションがファイルを作成、アクセス、またはファイルに書き込むときに、ファイル時間を使用して記録します。
Windows ファイル時刻は、FILETIME
構造体を返す GetFileTime
関数を呼び出すことによって、Windows API を介して直接アクセスできます。 1 つの関数パラメーターは、ファイル時刻情報を取得するファイルのハンドルです。 ファイル ハンドルは、CreateFile

FILETIME
