Can a bot server recieve [Incoming Webhook]'s post?

My bot has some RSC permissions, like this.

So my bot server can receive request when any member posts to the channel, even without mentioning my bot. But my bot can't receive request when [Incoming Webhook App] posts to the channel.

Is there any way to receive requests from [Incoming Webhook App]'s post?
