Can I add a bot mention when sending a message using the [Incoming Webhook App]?

1- Is it right that It can only send a message as card format when using [Incoming Webhook App]?

If not, how do I send a message in a different format?

2- Looking at the documentation below, to add a mention to a card, It need to add Entra Object ID or UPN. But what value do I need to enter for adding a bot mention? It didn't seem to work with bot's Azure AD App ID.
