#startAllocCounting() start and #stopAllocCounting() stop.

Returns the number of thread-local non-concurrent GC invocations between a #startAllocCounting() start and #stopAllocCounting() stop.
This member is deprecated. Accurate counting is a burden on the runtime and may be removed.
