The name of the Load balancer.

frontendIPConfigurations
IEnumerable<LoadBalancerFrontendIPConfiguration>

Specifies the frontend IP to be used for the load balancer. Only IPv4 frontend IP address is supported. Each load balancer configuration must have exactly one frontend IP configuration.
