Remarks

Defaults to a nearly infinite exponential backoff. If set to null, will use IotHubClientNoRetry to perform no retries. Can be set to any of the built in retry policies such as IotHubClientFixedDelayRetryPolicy or IotHubClientIncrementalDelayRetryPolicy or a custom one by inheriting from IIotHubClientRetryPolicy.
